our Director of Growth and Development
Mr. Joe
Chine "Seeking

Joe Chine
began as our Director of Growth and Development in April of 2005.
Joe holds a Master's degree in School Counseling from Xavier
University;
a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Wittenberg University;
has completed courses for certification for positions in School
Administration
and is completing a Master's degree in Biblical Studies from Liberty
University.
He served in the United States Air Force for 21 years as a commander, executive officer, instructor quality and leadership consultant and project planner. He has served as a teacher, counselor, job placement coordinator and head coach for over 17 years in public education in the states of Ohio, Colorado and North Dakota. He has served his community for over 30 years as a Sunday School teacher for youth, adult and singles. He has participated in Vacation Bible School, led men's Bible study groups and organized a marriage seminar. Joe is married to Barb Chine, retired USAF Colonel, and has three sons. Some of his hobbies include reading, Bible study, teaching, leading, counseling, facilitating, coaching, planning and managing projects. His favorite Scripture passages include Phil 4:13, 1 John 3:23 and Matt 7:7. Stop in sometime and meet Joe. We are so thrilled to have him working for us! |

or in-kind donations of any size or type from individuals, businesses
or
corporations. Donations designated as unrestricted will be used
where
most needed.

| Tuition paid by
families covers
approximately only 54% of the operating budget of the school. The
remaining 46% must be covered through fund raising projects and
contributions
(both individual and corporate).
RCS recognizes the financial sacrifice that families make when they enroll their children in a Christian school. In order to help with the high cost of Christian education, RCS offers tuition assistance to those families in need. The number of families applying for tuition assistance continues to grow every year. Currently, 22% of our students receive some amount of tuition assistance. Families applying for assistance must complete the application provided by RCS and an outside financial service. The local Tuition Assistance Committee determines the amount of assistance granted.
